Wines Northwest reserves the right to cancel
or terminate a tour at any time for any reason
at our own discretion.

The October 12, 2014 Geological Wine Tour of
the north Willamette Valley is limited to 24
participants. If the tour is full at the
time you sign up, you will be asked if you want
to be placed on the waiting list. Your
position on that waiting list will determine the
order in which you will be called upon any
cancellations made by the first 24 participants
booked.

Full price for one person on this tour is
$275.00. If you pay the full fee to
reserve your spot (before September 21), you can take advantage of a
$25.00 early-registration discount and pay only $250.00 for one
reserved seat. An additional 10% discount
will be extended for additional seats reserved
by the same person,
making the price for each additional reservation
just $225.00 when paid in advance.

To reserve a spot on this tour without paying
in full, you can use our "Save My Place"
option prior to September 21. A minimum fee of $125.00
per seat will reserve your spot and will be applied against your total tour fee of
$275.00. The
tour-fee balance of $150.00 must be
paid by October 4th to avoid loss of your
reserved spot(s) and your reservation fee. (See
Cancellation
policy.)
Note: a 10% discount of $27.50 applies to the
balance due for any additional seat reservations
you wish to make when using the "Save My Place"
option, bringing the total tour price to just $247.50
for additional reservations.

To reserve your spot on this tour within
three weeks of the tour date (i.e. after
September 21), full payment is required at the
time of booking your reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:
If you must cancel your reservation for any
reason, a full refund will be issued IF you
cancel at least two weeks prior to the tour
date, i.e. you must cancel no later than
September 28th to qualify for a full refund; a
50% refund will be issued if you cancel between
September 29th and October 9th, if we are NOT
able to fill your spot(s) from the waiting list;
if you cancel between September 29th and October
9th and we are able to fill your spot(s) from
the waiting list, a 75% refund will be issued;
cancellations made for any reason AFTER October
9th will not qualify for a refund. Neither
will a refund be issued if you do not show up on
the day of the tour.

A boxed picnic lunch is included in your
wine tour fee. You may order your lunch
from a bistro's menu WinesNorthwest will
provide. WinesNorthwest
desires to bring the best wines and luncheon
foods together for this tour experience but we
cannot be responsible for any possible adverse
effects from the consumption of these items.
If you have dietary
concerns, you may want to bring your own picnic
lunch.

Tasting fees at wineries visited are included
in your wine tour fee.

You are responsible for your own health,
welfare or safety any time you are outside the
tour vehicle. Please remain alert and
aware of any potential hazards in the vineyards
and wineries you visit.

Wines Northwest will not be held liable for
circumstances beyond its control including
weather, road conditions or mechanical
breakdowns.

All tour passengers are responsible and
liable for their own actions while participating
in this tour. Neither the driver nor the
company is responsible or liable for injury or
damage caused by or resulting from any tour
passenger's action.

Please wear sturdy shoes as we will be
walking in vineyards.

Wines Northwest assumes no responsibility for
lost or damaged personal belongings or for any
items left in the vehicle.

No smoking or consuming alcohol in the tour
vehicles is allowed.

Tour participants must be 21 or over to
participate in wine tastings or to possess
alcohol.

Wines Northwest cannot be held responsible
for your activity after the completion of the
tour. Please do not drink and drive, and
do not consume more than your personal limit.
