Alexandria Nicole Cellars Blending Competition.  All Wine Club Members of Alexandria Nicole Cellars are invited to their annual members only Blending Competition!  This year’s event will be held at Within Sodo, in downtown Seattle as they are expanding the amount of “spectators” that will be able to witness this fun creation.  Cross your fingers for warm weather as the rooftop patio at this hidden treasure is quite a treat!  The winner will determine the blend for this year’s release while having their name on the back label of the upcoming MEMBERS ONLY blend, not to mention winning a case of the blend when the wine is released!

Harvest Winery Tour & Scarecrow Contest.  The Olympic Peninsula Wineries will put their creative grape juices to the test at this year's annual Harvest Wine Tour, with each winery displaying its own artistic interpretation of the "Wine Scarecrow" for visitors to enjoy.  Limited only by their imaginations, the wineries will strive to design the most unique vineyard watchman ever to scare (or commune with) a pesky bird! Visitors can vote for their favorite scarecrow while tasting the best of the vintage.

The $30.00 ticket for the self-guided tour can be purchased at participating wineries during the event.  Tickets entitle participants to a commemorative wine glass and complimentary wine tastings at each winery during the event weekend.  A tasting fee of $5.00 per winery will apply to non-ticketed visitors.  Get your ticket stamped at all eight wineries and be eligible to enter our gift basket drawing.  While children are allowed in the tasting rooms, you must be 21 or over to purchase tickets and/or participate in wine tasting. All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Chelan Cycle de Vine.  2013 will be the fourth year of the Chelan Cycle de Vine. This popular ride is approximately 35 miles long passing through breathtaking scenery and visiting some of the Chelan Valley's preeminent wineries.  Selected wineries will host a rest stop stocked with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.  Drinking of wine at the rest stop will be discouraged.  A number of the wineries have excellent restaurants and offer live music on weekends.  Riders are encouraged to eat at the wineries and enjoy these music venues.  You may even enjoy special discounts for participants.
